We aren't a traditional travel agency; we are a relationship company dedicated to genuine connection. While others consider twenty guests a small group, we limit our departures to six, offering just twelve Founder-led journeys each year. The Founder’s Story: CK
Before launching CK & FRIENDS, CK spent over three decades behind trading desks and leading private wealth advisory businesses for top-tier global financial institutions across Singapore and Hong Kong, including the last decade running a family office investment advisory practice. His early career was defined by institutional rigor, risk management, and high-stakes client stewardship. Driven by a curiosity for world culture, human psychology, and continuous learning, CK executed a deliberate life pivot—trading desk-bound finance for global exploration. His business education from NUS, combined with deep research into the luxury travel sector and completing formal Singapore Tourism Board guide accreditation, prepared him fully to design the exact travel collective he always wanted as a client. Bringing institutional precision to luxury hospitality, CK approaches travel with the same personal discipline he applies to everyday life—from training regularly across his favorite sports, including running, golf, yoga, and lately, scuba diving, to studying history, economics, and culinary traditions. As a certified WSET Level 2 wine enthusiast and multilingual host, he accompanies each journey as an intellectual peer, generous host, and fellow explorer.
